The Hi4 Kids Pillow - Ergonomic Pillow is specially developed for children aged 4-10 years. Movement scientist and physiotherapist Jan Willem Elkhuizen designed this pillow in collaboration with his colleagues and patients after extensive research. The pillow is adjustable in seven heights* and prevents complaints while promoting correct neck growth.
Children have different proportions between shoulders, neck, and head than adults. To ensure a pillow fits well with the neck and head, not only is a lower pillow needed than for adults, but also a different shape.
The Hi4 Kids Pillow is a ‘growing pillow’ and consists of different parts. This way, you create a pillow that perfectly fits your child's neck and head.

6 weeks trial sleep
We understand very well that you first want to see if your child can and wants to sleep well on this pillow. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to try this pillow for 6 weeks. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it and get your money back. No hassle.
Do you see that your child is not lying comfortably?
Place it back in the position as intended, so that the pillow fits well with the neck and head. After a few months, it may be that the head is a bit too low: then raise the pillow by 1 step. Your child will be lying optimally again.
The Hi4 Kids pillow as a growing pillow
The children's pillow consists of a top layer (part A), where the shape and the small neck support fit a child aged 4-10 years. With the 2 separate parts B+C, part A can be raised. But parts B and C can also be used independently for ages starting from 3 years. This creates a ‘growing pillow’ for ages 3-10 years. After that, your child can switch to a ‘regular’ Hi4 Deluxe.
Seven different heights:
Position 1: Part B (1.5 cm high).
Position 2: Part C (3 cm high).
Position 3: Part B+C (4.5 cm high)
Position 4: Part A (6 cm high)
Position 5: Part A+B (7.5 cm high)
Position 6: Part A+C (9 cm high)
Position 7: Part A+B+C (10.5 cm high)
The first 3 positions are suitable for children aged 3-4 years, a neck support is not yet needed. A small, subtle elevation of the head is sufficient. From around 4 years old, a not too high neck support is useful. For this, positions 4 to 7 are available.
